I'm looking to get a spare prop for my 13' 2003 sport. The prop I have now is 10 3/8 X 13 (which came with the stock package) and seems to run fine so far.
I plan to pull the kids on a tube this summer, my question is should I get a prop the same as I have, or should I consider getting something more like a "power prop"?
The trick is that I don't know exactly what to look for, or how much of a different prop I should get(if any).
Any opinions would be appreciated.

do you know what your rpm's are at wide open throttle? And also what is the max rpm for your merc( either from owner's manual or engine nameplate)?
This info will help the prop Gurus.
As to getting two different props, do you want to be in a situation where you have to switch props back and forth to match your day's intentions - either maximizing top end speed or towing capacity? Personally, I'm tooo lazy!
