How will a Outrage-19 perform with a 115 hp OMC?
What kind of top end would one expect?
Since the boat is ratted for 145 hp, will it be under powered?

Not sure on top end. Yes, it would be underpowered. I have Merc 135 2 stroke on my Outrage 19 and got it up to 43 MPH on glass smooth river last year. Kevin
