Can anyone give me an idea of what kind of mileage I can expect with this combination at a decent cruising speed, say at 75% throttle? Or give me a site to go research estimated consumption. I couldn't find it on the bombardier site.

Figure on consumption of about 3.5 to 4 gallons per hour at 75 percent throttle.

You can slalom ski hard for an hour on 6 gallons.

Actually, you can slalom ski hard for more than an hour on 6 gallons with a 3-cyl 70Hp Johnson on a 15' Sport... I usually get about 3-4 hours of skiing to a 6-gallon tank of fuel... Alas, some of that 3-4 hours is spent returning to a skier who has fallen, and is time spent idling while the skier catches their breath.

Once upon a time, I posted what my average MPG or GPH was on my 70Hp engine and a 15' Sport. I can't seem to locate the post though...

My 60hp 2 cyl Johnson (1984) burned 3gph at roughly 4k.
