CAKGT	posted 04-11-2005 03:10 PM ET (US)         I just took delivery of new 2004 170 Montauk with 90 2 stroke Mercury motor. Had dealer install Laser II 20" prop (48-16990A46)now WOT is too high 5700 with one person and 5600 with 3 large people. Thinking of switching to Laser II 22" prop, anyone else running a 22" Laser II on a new 170 Montauk. I still want to be able to waterski.
CHRISWEIGHT	posted 04-11-2005 05:16 PM ET (US)             CAKGT We run a lazer 22p on a mercury ninety on our sl16 runs about 5250 with six on board and 5350-5400rpm with me and a child hole shot ok fully loaded and real quick when lightly loaded.
