Dies anyone know the deadrise angle for the 1980's 22 and 25 foot outrages? And if you know, how is the ride? I am considering buying the model. (I am considering a move up from my outrage 21) (1973)

Thanks in advance

Anthony

Outrage 22 (all) deadrise = 18°

See:

Length/Beam Ratio

for some information on ride characteristics.

The 22-foot and 25-foot hulls are good all-around hulls with really excellent ability when running downwind with following seas. They have good stability at rest, too. Their prime mission is not to bash into big heads at high speeds.

I think the 25's have an 18 degree deadrise also.

Here you go, Anthony. A visual comparison of the two hulls side by side, old 21 and newer 25. The 25's a LOT more boat.

If you look at the 25 Outrage section in photobucket, you can see some actual deadrise photos. The props are Mercury Revolution-4's.
