Tell me where [on a 1997 Mercury 75-HP outboard motor] the flushing attachment for the water hose is located? It does not seem to be located where the manual shows it should be. I looked all over and cannot locate it. This is the first boat I have owned. Thanks.

It doesn't have one.You need to use ear muffs
