I am assuming that that motor is a 2 stroke (based on weight). I have a 1973 13' and put a 25 4s on. I believe the motor weighs a little under 200lb (190s?).

Is it enough? What do you want to do with it? It will move two people around fine and gets on plan fairly easily. It'll pull a tube but I don't believe it will pull an adult skier. These boats are very sensitive to weight so if you anticipate more than 2 people aboard routinely or plan to ski off of it, I would look for higher hp. If you plan to fish and cruise around and generally have two adults and maybe a child or two aboard, it'll work great for you.

Im sure the 2s will have a bit more low end but you need to decide what you're going to use it for.
