Looking for a bunk trailer that will allow me to squeeze our Revenge through a 95" high garage door!

Right now the keel rides on the trailer roller at 21" off the ground (with the top of the windshield frame at 106").

So I need to get that figure down to 10" at the keel, (which sounds dangerously close to turning her keel into a piece of the roadway).

Suggestions? (Enlarging the door is plan B).

Thank you.

The last boat I bought was a 22 ft welded aluminum jet which I had built with an extra wide bottom, six inches wider than normal (this was an option from the builder).

As a result of the wider beam at the bottom, it had to be set up on the trailer higher than I wanted in order to clear the trailer's fenders.
There is only about an inch and a half clearance on each side so I can't lower the bunks any because of the flare of the topsides.

Could this be a limitation for your Revenge 21?

Thanks for your reply. I just bought this Revenge. It came on a roller trailer. So I'd like to get the boat onto a low ride bunk or roller/bunk trailer that will at the same time lower the windshield height on the trailer to below garage door level.

I don't think you are going to do it. The smallest tires you are going to get for a trailer that will take that boat are 13" rims, which with a 175/80 tire adding 11" of rubber, are going to have a diameter of 24". So, even with a torsion axle , it is hard to have any part of the trailer lower than half the diameter of the wheel
