[Tell me your experience] with the Stiletto four-blade BAY PRO 1 propeller. I have an OUTRAGE 18 with Suzuki 140 and a Permatrim. I spend most of my time in choppy seas trying to cruise as slowly as possible on a plane. I was wondering if claims of slower planing speed and working well in rough seas for a four-blade propeller are worth trying a new propeller? Now running an 14 x 10 Advantage.

I believe that a four-blade propeller can probably hang on better and produce slower planing speeds, but it is hard to predict comparative propeller performance. The best test is a real on-water test.

That propeller on my FICHT 115 powered 16 Dauntless is the same type mentioned. It is a 13 1/4 X 15 Stiletto four blade Bay Pro I which allows me to plane about 3-5 MPH slower depending upon conditions. It replaced a Stelitto 13 1/4 X 19 vented three blade propeller model 21319 01319. It improved my time with a heavy load on [acceleration from a standing start at maximum throttle] from idle speed to planing speed by an incredible amount which I'm unable to quantify.

I'm assuming your Outrage 18 has a more sharply defined vee than my Dauntless. I don't know enough about the subject to offer a meaningful opinion but I'd GUESS your results would be slightly less than mine, meaning you would see less reduction in minimal planing speed than I.

I would contact Tom Clark for his opinion and also as a reasonably priced source for the mentioned Stiletto propeller.
