We have added another boat to the fleet and we will be taking the 130 Honda off the Revenge. The new boat has a 2005 2 stroke 90 Johnson on it now, we have several options for the 90 one is to just swap the 90 and 130. Will it push the 21?

Minimum hp is 65 hp so it will go but not with a heavy load or a bunch of people.

Clark Roberts runs a 90 on his 21 Banana and loves it. I would think a healthy 90 2 smoke should see mid 30's which in that boat is OK. My father had a 1972 100hp Evinrude on our 19 revenge with no PTnT and she ran fine for 8 years. Handled loads just fine due to heavy bow. Only problem will be reverse. With a light weight engine on a bow heavy revenge, reverse will be tricky as was the case with our old setup. Do NOT come in hot!!!!
