posted 05-15-2001 07:08 PM ET (US)         I just purchased a Nauset 1965 with a Merc. 90 the boat runs well but is in need of cosmetics. I am looking for ideas the outside needs paint which is no big deal. The inside is a mess were do I start the whole wiring system is a mess 4 wires out of 30 work the seat is gone but was replaced with a new cooler seat. I am looking for someone to build a new center console the existing one was made out of carpenter plywood. I do have the origanal wind screen, the interior is dirty and needs new paint also the railing is in need of repair it has been welded many times. The trasom seems alright we tried to rock the motor off before I bought and it did'nt budge are their any other problems I might have with the transom.I guess what I am looking for are some Ideas from the pros if anybody has any it seems overwelming right now. joem
