Author	Topic:   Installing a battery in a Sport 11
rbruce	posted 09-23-2005 10:53 PM ET (US)         I would like to instal a car battery in my Sport 11 under the middle seat to operate the lights on my boat and to install a fish finder. How upset will be the ride in my boat with this battery? How long can I expect the battery to last using the fish finder and/or lights?
Chuck Tribolet	posted 09-23-2005 11:21 PM ET (US)             The fishfinder will consome very little power (< one amp). The lights will be a couple of amps. Typical car battery is 60 amp-hours and will run it all night now sweat. So even a motorcycle battery would probably do. Chuck
