The tilt reading is incorrect and I am unable to locate an adjustment feature.
Can someone point me to the correct procedure?

It reads " 60% " when in the lowest position.

That was the case with mine when I installed it. I had the dealer adjust it, but I think the adjustment is electronic, and was done via the laptop computer.

Andy is correct. The laptop is used to calibrate the engine computer, EMM, at the full down and the full trim positions. The dealer should have done this when your I-Command was installed.

Thanks for the help. Unfortunately, I do not want to return to that dealer or mechanic ever again.

No other options? Guess I had better find another service facility, huh?
