[Can a NMEA connnection be made] from a Simrad TP300cx "Navico" [AUTO PILOT] to the Lowrance 337c? Is there is a cable offered for this?

The Lowrance unit comes with interface cables for both the NMEA 0183 and NMEA 2000 network. To use the NMEA 2000 connection you will need to add a "T" connector and possibly a custom cable to interface to your autopilot.
I couldn't find the specifications for your autopilot so you will need to determine which connection will be used. You will also need to determine if the sentence formats are compatible between the units. A call to Lowrance customer service should prove helpful.
