I have a 1968 Sakkonet. The bow light was working perfectly one day and the next it was out. I disasembled the housing to take a look, but aside from checking some obvious things(changing the bulb, checking for corrosion) i am completly stumped. Any thoughts? Where do the two small wire leads run to from the light itself? They seem to go somwhere into the hull.... Thanks,Tom.

Low voltage circuits need very clean contacts. Even a very thin film of corrosion will prevent current flow in a 12-volt circuit.
