berief1047	posted 06-25-2007 09:05 PM ET (US)         I just purchased a 2005 [Y]amaha [please capitalize proper names] 8-HP outboard motor and it doesn't have a charging system. I am wondering if it could be possible to install one on this motor for a reasonable cost[.]
jimh	posted 06-25-2007 10:17 PM ET (US)             I am wondering, too. I'd call a good dealer and ask them. I have never seen any replacement or aftermarket charging refit systems.
