[Seeks] a sender for an older engines that provides NMEA-2000 output for voltage, oil pressure, water temperature, and engine speed.

Such a device is unlikely given the problems of adapting the inputs to various engine configurations. Reading a voltage is not a problem, nor is temperature, but oil pressure and engine speed will require some specialization to adapt to the particular engine.

Given that there are generic Tachometers with an adjustment
for the number of poles in the alternator, RPM should not
be a problem. And pressure is pressure. The sensor may need
different threads for different brands, but it's still doable.
