Give me the resistance measurements and wire colors for the BLACK stator [of a Mercury outboard motor].

The information you are seeking is not likely in our collection, as it is a bit manufacturer specific. I think you can find what you are looking from CDI, which specializes in electrical replacement parts for outboard motors:

just fyi-i think i have an extra stator in my shed from an 1986 150hp Merc. 2-stroke if that helps any. I don't have any need for it.
