Good morning. I am trying to figure out how to run power to my bait pump through the accessory switch. I pulled the dash off this morning and there is a brown-yellow wire from the back of the switch with no other open terminals.I looked in my owner's manual a few minutes ago and this Brown-Yellow wire goes to the livewell which I didn't have as an factory option. Can somebody please tell were this wire is terminated so I can connect it to my bait pump. Thanks, Andrew

Andrew,If I could hazard a guess, I would say the boat comes pre-wired for the livewell. Do you see the brown/yellow wire in the console go down into the tunnel? Figure 4.5.1 shows the wire going to the area of the bilge. Checking inside the access port near the stern seat area where the main harness runs. Also check the area adjacent to the bilge pump. It could be wrapped up in electrical tape close by. Hope this helps.

Thanks to all who replied, to my emails. I was able to find the terminated end of the live well circuit and use it to wire in my bait tank.I was wonderning what the level of protection of the wires that run inside the tunnel. I short circuited some wires that I has initally ran through the tunnel. There were several areas where the insulation melted and exposed bare wire. The wires were not discolered any way and seemed to have their normal flexibility non was in the area inside the tunnel just the ends on both sides. I think all the battery and engine sensor wires are protected inside black wire lume. I was able to run all the gauges and the ignition alarm sounds when I turn the key. Is there any way tI can make sure that I have not caused any damage to the surrounding wires in the tunnel from the two wires that were melted, Thanks, Andrew |
