Does anyone know of a replacement lamp for the stern light that uses LEDs?

I believe there are a few different stern light bulb types. I believe my 18 Outrage has a festoon style bulb, whereas, if my recollection is correct, my old 13' Sport has a bayonet base. I would suggest you identify what you have in the way of a bulb type and number and check the West Marine catalog or google the current bulb type and LED. Good luck

The lamp I would like to replace is a single pole bayonet
type. Was thinking there might be a inexpensive automotive
At vkr's recommendation I looked in the 09 West Marine cat.
WOW!!! $35- $50 per unit! I guess if I want to cut down my current draw a candle will have to do.

Tom, The West Marine reference was suggested to give you an idea of what is becoming available, and to possibly help you identify your lamp style given their catalog images. I would definitely utilize a web search to look at other purchase options. The LED prices will drop as time goes on with more industry competition and offshore (gasp) production.
