Ed--Is the original box, or remains, the breaker, breakers, and wiring still there? Do you need and want to replace the breaker mounted inside the console? What year is your Outrage 22? Are you looking to do a complete original restoration or need it to function?

I am not clear if you are seeking just the plastic cover for the circuit breaker or the circuit breaker itself. The molded plastic cover seems to be a Boston Whaler part, as far as I know, and you'd be most likely to get one from a Boston Whaler dealer who specializes in parts. The interest in ordering small parts for customers varies among dealers. Contact Boston Whaler to get information on the part number and if the plastic molded circuit breaker enclosure is still available.
The circuit breaker inside the plastic enclosure is easily sourced. They typically are E.T.A. brand circuit breakers. Many electronic distributors carry them.

I needed to replace the battery-close circuit breaker on my 16SL when I guess it expired after many years - and ended up finding the exact thing from a huge marine parts catalog - I forget the name of it. But I went to a local marine parts supplier (not West Marine) and they had this great catalog. The circuit breaker on my whaler was sold as a circuit breaker for a trolling motor.
As previously mentioned, contact Boston Whaler and they will give you information also.
