Thats not a mount it's my fake black snake skin flip cover on my iphone folded back and balanced on my fuel guage just for the picture :)
If you want a mount get any decent Iphone case and velcro it to the dash or a car handsfree unit with a sucker mount.

This is a contourdesign.com case for $20.00 or so called a "flick" - mount it with 3M DUAL LOCK - a super-velcro type product - very simple:

I feel I should point out that Steve is in the Middle East--I think in the United Arab Emirates--and the products that are available to Steve in the Middle East may not necessarily also be available in North America and vice-versa.

Steve--Thanks for the clarification on your "mount" of the iPhone. I was not going to comment, but, if that were a permanent mounting location, I thought that aesthetically it was an awful placement, particularly because of the break in the alignment of the top of gauges with the iPhone. Glad that is not how the mount was installed!

Your correct UAE = United Arab Emirates, Abu Dhabi to be more precise.
Trust me there is nothing here that is not readily available in US boating wise. FEDEX is doing nicely out of me as most of my purchases are from the US with the exception of my Yamaha 9.9 which was cheaper from the UK strangely.
I have completely redone my dash as I was not happy with any of the gauge layout and I had those nice little black bezels around the 2” dials as my boat yard can’t drill straight.
My Iphone normally sits in my little ditch bag and my wifes phone sits loose on the top of the dash.

I have a RAM mount for my iPod on my whaler, and it works great -- the beauty of the RAM mounting system is that you can have multiple types of mounts/electronics available to mount on a single mount, and as electronics change, you don't need to "re-mount". (On mine, i have a fishfinder / ipod combo) on Most motorcycle supply places sell the RAM mounts for the iPhone / iPod.
