Im assuming anyone thats worked on Riptides will grasp this scenario. Apologies if I do not describe to satisfaction. Here goes:

I took off my propellor on my riptide to replace the shear pin & zinc anode... Well, I went one step to far an unfastened the two bolts holding the housing to the shaft. Dont know why I did this. ughh..

Anyone know how to get that back attached correctly? I been struggling with it for two days an I am unsure if the bearing is suppose to go behind the two levers in addition to not being able to get the bolts in the holes. I say the bolts in the holes because I just tried to screw it back in an not put the bearing back behind the two lil lever arms that go in an out.

Have you tried to get a service/assembly manual from the dealer? or at least call them to speak to a tech for some info
