I just put my 1997 Johnson 90-HP back on my boat after painting. I bought a marine mechanic book for my [1997 Johnson 90-HP] in an effort to help me with the wiring harness. [Seeks] an on-line print-out or pamphlet for sale that shows what wires go where. I [will] be hooking up [the key ignition switch], the throttle, a fuse panel under the console, and other things.

The throttle is mechanical and does not have an electrical circuit.

The wiring for most OMC key ignition switches is shown in a REFERENCE article I wrote. See

Ignition Switch Wiring

Electrical power distribution for small boats is described in a REFERENCE article I wrote. See

Boat Electrical Circuits and Wiring Practices

It's all in the factory service manual, though spread out in
several sections.
