As part of my Simrad NSS8 upgrade I added a Lowrance SonicHub to the system. The Simrad and Lowrance SonicHubs have the same capabilities and functionalities. I ran out of vertical mouting space so I had to add some on the forward bulkhead of my under helm space. Whaler did a nice job in providing a lot of vertical space designed specically for that purpose so all I had to do was add a 10" x 5" x 3/4" piece of King StarBoard to extend the existing mounting area.

KING StarBoard mounting addition: Two%20of%20a%20Kind%20Electronics%20Box%20Redesign/IMG_1769. jpg?t=1329080847 Two%20of%20a%20Kind%20Electronics%20Box%20Redesign/IMG_1774. jpg?t=1329080920 Two%20of%20a%20Kind%20Electronics%20Box%20Redesign/IMG_1773. jpg?t=1329080889

The SonicHub is a small unit so it fit nicely in the corner. Two%20of%20a%20Kind%20Electronics%20Box%20Redesign/3-4.jpg?t=1329183950 Two%20of%20a%20Kind%20Electronics%20Box%20Redesign/1-4.jpg?t=1329183931 Two%20of%20a%20Kind%20Electronics%20Box%20Redesign/4-4.jpg?t=1329183951

I've got to harden all the wire runs.

Thanks for the many images of your nice installation. It is always interesting to peek under the hood of a boat's electronics.
