kiwiflya	posted 05-27-2012 12:50 AM ET (US)         Hi guys, upgrading my finder to a Furuno 585 and need some help configuring the wiring from the 1kw Airmar tm 258 transducer. The furuno has a ten pin plug and i need to know what wires go where. The transducer has a Group 1 Black Blue Bare Group 2 Red Green Brown White Orange Bare Anyone know which colours from the transducer go to the furuno plug?
Jefecinco	posted 05-27-2012 09:39 AM ET (US)             Both Airmar and Furuno have good reputations for customer service. A good start to solving your problem may be to contact one or both of them. Who knows, there may even be an adapter. I'd call Airmar first. Butch
