My 13-footer came with the red-green combined sidelight and the all-round white light wired to a toggle switch, not a push-pull type. In one position, both sidelights and white all-round lights are activated. In the other position, only the red-green combined sidelights are activated. Somehow, I have the feeling that's not right. I thought the two positions should be: both sidelights and all-round light , and just all-round light. Which way is it?

You thought right. Both on for running. White all-round only at anchor.

Just switch the two load-side wires at the switch.

Thanks, Chuck. That's what I suspected.
