I enjoyed reading your adventure 2000!
Crossing a lake that was 200ft deep.
Floats sticking while in rough sea's.
Jumping in the water to save the whaler.
I feel for the man's boat that filled
with water.Great idea on your part by
pulling the plug on the 15.
I also look forward in reading all
of the previous years.
And thanks for running the Whaler Forum.

Thanks for the kind words about the trip narrative. I am getting a little behind on these things this summer. It has been my good fortune to have had three great boating trips already this summer, and I have two trip narratives to finish and publish.
The July trip to Lake Superior is almost done, but the wild 4-day weekend of the Rendezvous is just an outline right now.
And, as I post this late on Friday night, I am about to embark on trip No. 4 this summer, going for a week on Lake Michigan and Lake Charlevoix.
When autumn rolls in and brings our boating season to and end, I'll have a whole winter's worth of boating adventures to write about.
