I'm just beginning to lay out plans for a trip down the ICW in May. I would like to travel from my home in Beaufort,SC to the Daytona Beach area. I have already talked to Clark Roberts and received valuable input and plan to visit with him and the Spruce Creek Navy if possible. Anyone have any suggestions, tips, etc. for my trip. I'm working feverishly on improving and upgrading the Montauk so we'll be ready for some long-distance cruising. Joe |

Have you ever read the article about Kevin Vanacore's trip from Norfolk,VA. to Edgewater,FL. in a 17'Whaler Alert? I would be happy to mail or fax to you.. It came from the November 1998 issue of Soundings. Sam |
