sunday or 9/1/02 me and a buddy of mine took my 11foot whaler with an new old stock 1990 merc 15hp up the charles river from the start all the way to water town. Going by the book the whole time. This took I us 74 mins. then we pulled into the watertown and said lets see how fast we can make it back. WOT all the way back not stoping for no one. pulled into the locks 38mins later. Did not get pulled over I was so suprised. has any one els done this faster? for all of you that do not know it is headway speed only on the river.

Sounds like you need a faster boat:) Slow speed to WOT and only cut the time in half?

My bubby was fat : )
No is was not slow speed it was more like half speed. but only makeing a small wake.

"Buddy" -- a friend or companion
"Bubby" --Yiddish for grandmother
