Took the Supersport LTD. (Will Power)to Surf City this past weekend. Traveled from Surf City to South Topsail beach then to Lee Island. Waterway was busy. Boats everywhere! The wife and I did see a lot of Whalers on the water. Did anyone from here make it to the water this weekend? Tim |

I was out behind masonboro for a couple hrs Saturday. On my friends 17' Montauk. Didn't have mine in and sure wasn't going to fight the boatramp crowds for just a couple hrs, so I bummed a ride. I have another friend that goes up tp Lee Island a lot, lives across the waterway from there. HAs a older yellow boat about 20ft, (not a whaler) named Illusion- looks really good. Black T-top. Haven't seen it have you? |

I don't think I have. I really look for BW's. Everything else is just a boat. Don't get me wrong. There are a lot of nice boats out there. I just look for Whalers. We spent about 3 hours at Lee Island Saturday. There were 2 SSL's / 1 Montauk and 2 Outrages there. |

Bigshot, four straight days on the water! If you don't fish what do you do? Did 72 miles on Saturday with the Chestertown Rendezvous, I don't want to see the boat for a week |

I fish...I don't often "catch" which is the problem :) Friday I took out the Baja for the first time since September. Saturday, Sunday & Monday I was on th eNewtauk and I burned about 12 gallons and did at LEAST 100 miles and about 10 hours on her....nice weekend. |

This was the weekend our Power Squadron held our Poker Run on Lake Hartwell. We had a couple of Whalers in it,along with about a hundred go-fast. I am not crazy about the boats, but their "ornaments" are real cool. See pics here http://www.toytoo.com/2004%20PR/ Billy |
