Hi-
Who is interested in attending the Baltimore, MD boat show? It runs Jan 22-30, 2005. Which of the two Saturdays (22nd or 29th) is better for you? Thanks, Kevin

I suggest the 22nd (cause it's sooner and i can't wait to get on a boat). We can go to dinner on Light Street, it's right around the corner from the convention center. Phillips Seafood is there and City Lights, both of which are outstanding and you can have views of the harbour.

As for where to meet, find the big Boston Whaler flag.

Kamie-
Let's go with Jan 22 then. I'd like to be at the show as soon as the doors open (11 AM?). Kevin

I may go down with my wife & kids on the 22d from Jersey.
If we do I'd love to meet up with you guys. We probably won't do dinner & drinks.

Jeff

Jeff,

Whalertowne has booth D150. Stop by and ask any of the folks working the booth where Kamie, Henry or Kevin and crew are and they should know. Trust me our reputation preceeds us and usually follows us as well.

At boat shows that include Boston Whalers, I generally crawl all over the whalers, then walk around the show and gently tap on other makes which reminds me why I want a Whaler (this must be done carefully as other dealers get annoyed with you). Once I have done that for awhile I go back to gaze at the whalers and then find food as it's usually been a long day by that point.

Hope to see you there.

How far is Baltimore from Owings Mills? Anyone from Owings Mills?

Judge,

Owings Mills is about 20 miles from Baltimore. Hop over and take I83 in toward Baltimore, make a right on Lombard Stree and follow the signs to the convention center.

Kamie,
I hope we can too. I'll just look for the lady knockin' on Proline hulls :)

Are we all set with plans to meet at 11am (or so) on Saturday at the Whaler booth? Email me with any questions. Kevin

Hi Kamie, appreciate the offer of hospitality, the wife and I would enjoy meeting up with you folks and the 22nd sound like it should work. Keep your eye on the weather, the forecast is pure Boston weather appropriate for "BW" people but less than fun on the highway. We'll keep our fingers crossed and it sounds like 11:00 am at the BW merrygoround is the rendezvous point. Best regards, tony & elena mirti at nationaltime@yahoo.com Cell # 703-401-6851.

The weather forecast for Balto for Saturday is anywhere from 4-8 inches of snow starting around 8AM. I suggest we re-schedule boat show get-together for Sat Jan 29. Can you make it then? Kevin

hi Kevin, sounds like a solid idea, weather bureau is really excited about this storm they just love to spread the fear, unfortunately I have prior committment for most of the daytime hours on the 29th, what about late afternoon meeting and maybe food and beverage after the show? before the show? or whatever? Who is planning on Saturday at the Boat Show? Saturday is the best day, as Sunday we are in for "wintry mix" I plan to roll into the show around 11am.

I am IN for 29th. Earlier is better as I expect show to be crowded later in afternoon. Kevin
