Speedo66	posted 07-27-2006 06:05 PM ET (US)         Saw an ad for a waterfront condo w/slip in Little Egg Harbor, NJ, price seemed reasonable (reasonable in this day and age!). Anyone have any knowledge as to the type and character of that town and the surrounding areas? Steve
The Judge	posted 07-27-2006 07:53 PM ET (US)             It is a pretty big area and really depends on where it is. It can be very nice but have a 1/2 hour idle run to the water. It could be surrounded by rednecks. It could be out in mosquito country and surrounded by NOTHING, etc.
