Would You Pay For That?!

Would you pay for a service that provided you with trip logistics/planning, reservations, directions, charts and courselines (or involved you in the planning thereof) and provided you with an escort/safety boat that would remain in VHF range at all times for assistance?
Would you be interested in such a service if it offered various levels of service - from VIP to "help me plan my vacation cruise"?
This theoretical service could provide you with everything from a full-service "sightseeing" tour to expedition outfitting and a "buddy" to fall back on in emergencies....or - it may provide you with an escort service through a particularly challenging portion of your cruise (i.e. a long crossing, etc).
It would have access to information on marinas, restaurants, sightseeing and other local knowledge - and could provide you with everything from concierge-like reservations at your destination to down and dirty tow/rescue services.
Would you be interested? How about your boating buddies?
I know of no such service - I'm just wondering.

Even though you drive a Whaler, your need for speed gives away your inner bubba who longs for a FORMULA with three girls on the sunpad in back, gold chains and a PBR in hand....
