Anyone else from "Team Whaler" gonna be fishing in this?
For anyone who boats the Barnegat Bay and fishes, this will be a real good time. Great group of people, and the proceeds go to our reef fund.
Just have to register on bhweb.com to fish.
The fish are out there- here's a nice 29 pounder I took this past saturday off Island Beach State Park:

Talked to forum member speedbump on the radio that day, and heard he picked up a nice 38" fish in the same area fishing in his classic 16. jabrams was out there too in his ribbed 21, and as always good to hear from him.
Lets get some Whalers on the leader board!

Hey Rich- Good Post, those are some good looking line siders. I am hoping to get the whaler involved in the striper shootout this weekend but am still tentative as the family is beginning a very involved Vacation on the island. Weather is shaping up nicely to be out front and I am keeping my hopes high that things will work out and I'll see you at the captains meeting Firday night.
Any other classic / post classic whaler owners in the area, join in this event it will be a lot of fun and it supports a good cause. It doesn't get any better than pulling a beautiful striper over the rail of a classic whaler..
