I would be interested if it's a weekend I'm available. I live about 2 1/2 hours from Norman.

Great! After Labor day the traffic thins out. I was thinking September 12 or 19th.
Hope to get a half dozen or better boats.

Kinda looked at map but can't really get a feel for how long it'll take to come from Cleveland Georgia. Any idea what the quickest way would be? Also what about places to stay that are reasonable around/on lake. We have a 170 Montauk.

What are the water levels like nowadays?

My sister lives on the lake in the Mooresville area (I haven't talked to her in few weeks).

Last year, it was pretty bad if I recall.

I've always wanted to visit LNSP. Is it nice there?

Dave P: The water levels are very high now, just about full pond. We had a bunch of rain recently. Last year the water level was low, but not as low as other lakes in SC and GA.
Come on down you don't need bring your boat,I'll give you a 50 cent tour.Lake is 33,000 acres -good size. Summers have lots boat traffic.Fall & Winters are nice. Lake is enjoyable all winter,as it does not freeze over.
