I know it was a favorite location for the "Girls Gone Wild" film crew...

Keep a sharp lookout when you're on Havasu! Some very fast boats run up and down that lake. I don't know if there's a legal speed limit, but the actual limit for some seems to be however fast the things will go when the patrols aren't looking. Drunk boating is against the law, but...watch out. They've cracked down on the Sandbar parties. My brother lives down there. He has an 80mph inboard.

The Blake Island Rendezvous were great fun.

Tru TV has a reality cop show about Lake Havasu over spring break. I also know people who have gone there and they say that everything you have heard about it is true.

The OP is a "student", I suspect he/she would have fun at the
Sandbar. But IIRC, it's closed on holiday weekends now.
Dunno if "spring break" = "holiday weekend".

If you take your 11 down it will probably be the smallest,
cutest, boat on the sandbar.

The TV show is called "Party Heat". I watched it last night. As long as you avoid getting wasted and dancing around your boat nude you should be OK.

A bunch of the younger women I work with went out there one year and it sounded VERY wild. There is non-stop alcohol and abundant nudity, if that is your gig.

Yah, the 11 would probably be the smallest boat in the fleet.my roomate has a 20 foot sea ray i think we are going to take instead. Hope the tundra can handle it. Drunken nudity is a plus
