Just a reminder that the Chesapeake Whalertowne Fishtopia event is being held at The Jetty Restaurant in Grasonville, Maryland July 10th. There is docking available for 20-30 boats but would like to get an accurate number to ensure space and accomodate any overflow to Wells Cove marina especially for boats between 24 and 37 feet. The Fishing tournament has been set up and we have actively been taking registrations. We also need the registrations for members just attending the on land event and beach party to send in their information ASAP so we have your event bag prepared for you and your family/friends. There will be entertianment, food, and giveaway prizes. We are looking forward to seeing everyone. Annapolis is a 20 minute drive from the event by land and 40 minutes by water, it will be an excellent weekend. DC, Virginia, Delaware, and Southern New Jersey Whaler Owners are also invited and encouraged to come. Thank you again. Whaler owners are the best and you make these events great. Email or Call Whalertowne so we get an accurate headcount. The event is only a couple weeks away. (410) 827-8080 |

Please keep us posted on docking (where to) for larger boats. Is The Jetty Restaurant making their T dock available for the event? |

The T-Dock will be available. We have aquired several slips for boats 30' and up based on registrations. You can dock right at the Jetty Restaurant with the 305. I will be out there helping get the boats in the slips as well. Once we run out at the Jetty we have also have ability to get additonal slips in Wells Cove Marina. As the boats continue to register we will get additional slips. There is a large docking space for the mid-size Whalers as well. (Down the side of the restaurant, at the bulkhead and then all the way down across the front side of the Hilton) |

Thx for putting on this nice event! I had a nice time despite the weather. No complaints, we need the rain. Hope to return next year. |

What a great event! We traveled over 125 miles to another one of Whalertowne’s now famous Boston Whaler owner’s events. A little rain in the a.m. I’m sure kept a few fair weather boaters away, but the boats filled the marina and there were plenty of owners taking advantage of the awesome food and drink, and fantastic door prizes for everyone. The fishing tournament was won by a boat from Bucks County, PA. They traveled over 150 miles to the event. We got to spend some time with Doug Nettles, Boston Whaler’s Northeast Coast Sales Manager, and Whalertowne’s service manager Rick Jerns, who was there to field any questions about Whaler and Mercury service. The best part is meeting CW members who we knew only as a nickname. Frank keep in touch. Many thanks again to the Boulay family, Whalertowne employees and Bart from the other side for a fun party |
