CanadianWhaler	posted 02-04-2001 06:26 PM ET (US)         I am looking to purchase a 23 Conquest, new or used. I know the I/O's are no longer made. Wonder if anyone has experience with the 23 Conquest? either OB or O/I and would you recommend anything regards engines. Would a pair of Yamaha or Honda 4-strokes be a option?... so many questions.. smile PS... thanks for directing me to this site
Ed Stone	posted 02-05-2001 09:01 PM ET (US)             Hey canadianwhaler, I just seen a 23 conquest advertised for 55k. 2000 model,twin 135 optis,10 hours,enclosure, gps,sonar. Yes Yamahas or Hondas would work fine, however chances are slim to none finding one with them. If interested reply and I'll find the ph.#. Ed Stone

I believe there is a Capt. Lee who has a 23 Conquest with four stroke hondas. I beleive he loves the set-up. You may want to ask him.

I took delivery with a new Honda 90. He was more than happy to put any engine make he offered on my boat or any new or used boat he had to offer.
