I am considering buying a 21 Outrage but can't afford a new one. I understand that there may be an improved hull design on the new whalers that make them a softer ride. What year did that begin?? Additionally, (for the wife)what year did they start putting porta pottis in the console? thanks for any assisance

I have a 1996 21 footer with a Johnson 225 Ocean Runner. It has 100 hours and tons of extras (seats, electronics, storage cover, bimini top and more). It includes a galvanized trailer with new brakes and bearings.

I have pictures available. It is offered at $29.5k. Let me know if you are interested.

The porta pottis in the console started in
98 or 99.The accutrack hulls started in 95
or 96.There could be a debate that they are smoother riding hulls than the previous hulls
