Ventura16	posted 11-16-2001 10:17 AM ET (US)             Yes...the Outrage 21 is the same from 1999-2001. In 2002, it was replaced by the Outrage 210...a completely different design. I did notice that the older Outrage 21 is still listed on Whaler's website...maybe they have some leftovers they are trying to get rid of. Tom
