Unlike the 28 Conquest, the 26 or 275 does not come with a locking door over the upper electronics box on the hard top. Has anyone modified or installed a box with a locking cover? I'm looking for some ideas. I can't figure out why BW changed this on the 26 and 275 and did not factory install a locking box.

finished hooking up the stereo today,I was able to mount the remote where you wanted it.also mounted the radar and gps.I should be done by Monday afternoon-Tuesday morning.Did you notice if the electronic box on the 28 would fit in the 275.I know the lower box is the same.

Thanks for the info there. I checked the box on the 29 and it is a different style. Since I want to utilize more of the box itself, not just the flush mount capablity, I'm going to have the front cover made into a door with a piece of starboard to run along the inside bottom of the box. It should work out ok. We can than attach the VHF and FF to the starboard. That starboard is like a hard plastic piece of 1"X4". I found a guy in Brick who can put it together. Thanks agin for your work. Oh, by the way, how did the stereo sound?
