Could be forspar.
They are located in Calif.
I had problems getting a thru-hull
with the same threads.It was a forspar
product.I called them and they sent me
one for free.
The thru-hull screwed into a on/off
valve.The reason it was a diffrent thread
was it had to support a 500 lb. weight
to meet the codes.
