Does anyone have an easy way to pump out the floor fish boxes without dumping it in the bilge or running the boat on plane?

Sorry! It's a 96 19 outrage.
In each box it has a drain in the lower aft sidewall that goes into the bilge, and a thru hull in the bottom located aft that will fill and drain (on plane) the box with sea water. The problem is when cleaning out the box after fishing at the dock there is no way to empty the box without draining it into the bilge.

Is there a thru fitting from fish boxes to the bilge? Does it already have barbs or a hose attached? If yes, I would attach a new hose from each box to a Y and route to an macerator pump which could then be discharged over board. If a thru fitting exsists but it has no hose or barbs I would replace thru fitting with one with barbs and then do as mentioned above.
I would not want to have fish boxes empty into bilge either.
