1994 Outrage 21

Well, I've been so busy helping a buddy check out an Outrage 20, I came across another local boat that I'm interested in!
Any ideas on fair pricing for a 1994 Outrage 21? It's rigged with a Yamaha 225 (carb) and is sitting on a tandem axle trailer. It has the leaning post with built in baitwell (although I'm not sure that is working), rear bench seat and a bimini top.
I would consider the boat to be in good condition for its age. It has been kept at a slip in Boston for most of it's life so it is bottom painted and the decals are worn. The cushions are a little dingy too.
Any input on value or experience with this hull is appreciated.

Best way to find pricing is to check out Boattrader online,
You can search your area for boats in your range etc.. NADA guides are a joke and will be under (usually) what it is really worth.
Have it really checked out if it has been bottom painted. Sometimes this is a way of hiding issues/damage/repairs to a boat. In my experience bottom painted hulls usually lessen the value of a boat. So keep that in mind in what you will be paying vs. what you might be able to sell it for one day.

I have the same boat and would venture to say that if all is in good condition it is worth about $25k to $28k.

I can sell you my Outrage 21 which is newer and sounds to be in much better condition in that price range

Thanks for the info.
Tully, I saw the ad for your boat. It looks sharp, but too much $$$ for me and too far away.
I think I can get this '94 Outrage 21 for $22K.
