You may have seen me brag about the pleasant experience I received from my dealer, as I traded up from a Ventura to a Nantucket. It was easy to do, and I didnt feel I was clipped at all.I am even more impressed with Boston Whaler's involvement from Florida... They knew my Ventura delivery experience didnt go well from a dealer survey (Yes...they read those!). A Mr. Cunningham from marketing called me at work this past week, informed me he knew of my Ventura experience, and wanted to make the Nantucket experience flawless. He had all my info in front of him, and told me the boat was on a truck, due to arrive at my dealer Monday or Tuesday. He gave me my hull id number, and arranged for the "frameable certificate thing". It was just a nice touch. I can only imagine what they do if you buy a 24 Outrage or bigger.....

Sal--It is nice to be able hear positive comments. Too often the only people who bother to get their message out online are people with a negative agenda. Now, if things go well, you can hope you'll get a J. D. Power customer satisfaction survey. And even better, if all goes right, that you'd be able to push those Customer Satisfaction numbers up a little higher! When you do take delivery and get out on the water, please begin a new thread with an article that fills us in on the how the 190 NANTUCKET is performing for you. Several have mentioned this boat, but I don't recall getting a comprehensive report from an owner. |
