130 Trailer Questions

I am looking at a used 2001 130, but the boat has no trailer. The dealer will supply one for an additional $550, which sounds reasonable. I can't remember the brand, but I know it was not an e-z loader. Does anyone have any idea if this is a good price?

That was about the price of the 2002 EZloader that came with my 130, so depending on the trailer the quote sounds OK.

Wasn't the 130 SPORT sold as a package with a trailer?

Thanks for the info.
That was also my question for the dealer. Evidently, the first owner kept the boat in a slip and the marina stored it over the winter, so a trailer was not needed and was probably sold by the dealer when the boat was delivered new. I was able to work it as part of the deal, so it was pretty inexpensive. Dealer is saying about $675 list and $550 cost. At that price, it is not really worth hunting for something used, yet reliable.

The boat.motor and trailer were packaged, but if I didn't require the trailer, the dealer would reduce the price by the said amount. The trailer price was also listed as a separate line item on the sales slip.
