Plan to fish all winter here in GA in my 220 Dauntless, but don't think my summer sandals will work too good. Will be retiring my insulated Goretex boots with black soles I always wore on a carpeted bass boat. Anybody have recommend for non-marking cold weather Goretex-type boots? Thanks.

Guy Cotton makes some decent insulated non-marking boots and also, Columbia makes some waterproof, insulated snow boots that are non-marking. I searched for a long time for good cold weather non-marking boots and these were the only two I found.

Go to layline.com and look at the sailling boots. They have some waterproof leather ones that are used by guys in Ireland on the ocean in the winter. They have none skid siped soles like boat shoes. Should be just the ticket.

I've been lusting after these for a long time....

I have these; not too expensive and they work well.
