Mills Cover for '13 foot, question re attaching cover

I'm considering a Mills mooring cover for a new 13 sport... Evidently they attach to the boat via a shock cord that attaches to a "hook". The "hook" is screwed into the railing (according to the person at Mills I spoke with)...
anyone have any experience with these...should I be concerned about screwing something into the railing??
I know the Mills are considered the best, but I just HATE drilling holes in a new boat!
Thanks in advance for any feedback...

Hey Bob -
Check out www.millscanvas.com to see what it is that they're talking about.
No worries on the install - just but a bead of silicone caulk on the screws as you install the hardware and she'll be water tight.
The Mills system works really well and I think you'll be pleased with the quality.
