I would like to publicly thank Frank Owsianiak, Customer Relations Manager from the BW factory and my dealer The Lauderdale Marina and John Connelly, Sales Manager. Also, honorable mention goes to Capt. Jason Rodriguez of The Lauderdale Marina.
The story behind this public "Thank You" is somewhat long and I am very busy with work so I can't go into it all right now. When I get some time in the next week I will follow up on this thread with details. But for now suffice it to say that these gentlemen deserve a public "Thank You" on this forum.
Thank you guys for a great outcome to what could have been a real mess. I know the factory and my dealer stand behind my purchase. It's a good feeling.

Pray tell more. Especially regarding that disclosure statement. Whils't I live many and many miles from Fort Luaderdale Marina they are on my short list to buy what will probably be a Nantucket. I do have a dealer about 200 miles away and of course will consider him. J
